Hello, Had to jump in on this one...these Intel EtherExpress Pro 100's have been flawless for me. The regular NE2000 compatibles have had their troubles here. I have not run into an Intel card that: 1. Didn't work. 2. Failed later. The cost of the adapters: NE2000 (regular) $14-16 Intel EEPro 100 $58-62 ...so the cost is 4 times as high...but well worth it.
