It's like every one on the net is using the mail server to send
spam. Anyway to stop this that is effective. I believe the newest version
of sendmail has been installed.  However doing a netstat command all one
can see is smtp stuff.  I think this provider has a serious problem .  

There as to be a way to stop spammers from using a server that they don't 
even have an account on from using the smtp services.

These spammers are wasting bandwidth and they need to be stopped.
