I was told that the version which exists in our ports collection cannot
be packaged.  When I tested that theory:

# make package
===>  qmail-1.03_1 may not be packaged: djb\'s packaging license does not
allow non-standard qmail binary distributions.

I personally lack the time to 'produce a license compliant var-qmail
package'.
