Aka RAIDarray230 controllers. KZPSC & KZPAC (IIRC). KZPAC was UltraSCSI, the other one Fast SCSI. The DEC cards had only one flash ROM which means you cannot go (much) higher than 2.73 (IIRC again) firmware. 3.x etc needs more flash which these cards dont have.
