Before gnome will run properly, you really need to complete the
upgrade.

Fix the problems with installing the three failed ports or remove the
failing ports. I don't think you can do this for gstreamer-plugins as
this is required for Gnome. You are going to have to figure out the
build problem.

Once that is done, run the upgrade script again with the -restart
flag.
