Probably referring to /usr/ports/net/moxftp.  It installs a binary called
"mftp" if Motif support is compiled in (see its Makefile for more info). 
It is one of those "self-modifying pkg/PLIST" ports, and so a simple grep
for mftp won't turn up anything.
