Nope it is not so neither start nor enable nor combination of them
would start the printer, only up lp would do its job. What is the reason?
On other systems(linux, solaris) i have seen they come out with just
starting lpd during startup(in interrupt-driven as well as in polled
mode). Both use BSD daemon so i dare to guess it is also under fbsd
somehow possible to come out just with starting of lpd during ,is it not?

This is odd, manpages aren't in TIFF format.
I thought TIFF is format for troff prepared documents
I think it would be great if you could provide us with your
printcap file so we can see exactly what's going on.
I have already done it but i will re-post it once more

Sure i understood it and i would like to say thank you to you
  (Alfred Perelstein)
answer from Mr Greg Lehey was hold in far less friendly tone
though(i got to answers from you and from him)

Problem is i made sysinstall's upgrade i did not know it would
upgrade my system to itself with rather strange side-effects
I did not no Upgrade expects already prepared new release
somewhere(cd,nfs etc.)
