No.

The MythTV FAQ describes four different models of PVR-150.  See
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-23.html#ss23.23 for details.

I know that the low-profile card (model 1086) has no IR input, and I'm
pretty sure the same goes for the MCE versions of the card.
