Subject:   startx won't start, Help!!!

After recompiling the kernel for LOTS of time, I finally got the
ps mouse to work. And now I am presented with yet another 
problem. I have done xf86config properly and when I typed 
startx, I got the following error. I really am lost and don't know 
what the error means.
