This was actually a two-rev leap.  I thought I had done .4, but did not. 
  1.10.4 fixes some security issues.  Plus, this was minor enough, that 
the bugfixes alone would be valuable to users wanting a more stable 
experience.  When the 1.12 release comes around, it will not make the 
quarterly branch.
