Your problem arrises for two possibel reasons. Firstly, You are not the controller of that C class.. ie when i nslookup'ed your class it was pinting to nac.net... Secondly, There are no pointer records available for your domain, this could be because you haven't created them, or more likely.. rthe first reason, that you don't have dns control over your class C's.
