It is because of this crap, that Phillip Zimmerman, published a book that
is nothing more than code listings of PGP in scanner-friendly OCR font.

See, books are protected under the 1st admendment (right to free speach)
to the US Consitition.  Also, being a book, it is well understood that it
can't be censored.
