Dear Sirs, pardon my ignorance, We are trying to establish dial-up networking between a PC, ISDN equiped in Norway to a PC in California with a standard modem. How is this possible? We know that the PC California is configured for dial-up networking but we cannot establish the connection. California: Standard ATT win modem at 14,400kps and Norway: dynalink ISDN adapter.
