Disable Java support on ELF systems, because we don't have an ELF jdk. Disable Java support on aout systems, because ILU runtime dumps core. New PARC patches, now as one distfile instead of patches/ collection. ILU now works with optimization enabled -> make a package. Thread support now works, on -current and -stable. Thanks folks!
