I've produced a port for F-Prot, but I've not yet submitted it. I'm
wondering how we stand on programs with licenses that permit
non-commercial use only.

The license for F-Prot states that it is free for personal use on
personal workstations only.

So my port has the NO_PACKAGE, NO_CDROM, and RESTRICTED lines in the
Makefile. Is this sufficient? If so I'll send-pr the port.

Cheers,
Tim.
