XML and XSL are slowly maturing, and we will be switching to them at some point in the future (probably 12 to 18 months at this rate is my estimate). As a proof of concept, someone needs to recode doc.docbook.mk using XML tools and stylesheets instead of SGML tools and stylesheets, so we can see how far along things have come. Any volunteers?
