Ok, latest patch.. dmesg reports two slots now, as does pccardc dumpcis, 
but only one is functional.  Reboot is still not working correctly.

Inserting/removing cards from slot 1 has no effect at all that I can determine.

Slot 0 still works fine.. I do however still get two messages (for just 
about everything) when I insert the card.  This may be because I booted in 
-v, or maybe that part is still not fixed.. you'd know better than I if 
boot -v would affect that.

Here is the dmesg output.. I'm hitting the rack.  Some time after work 
tomorrow I'll apply any more patches you may have come up with. ;)
