NEdit is cool.  There are few rough edges, like the choise of Motif
for widgets, which is (to put it mildly) "ugly" compared to other
widget sets.  But the programmers of NEdit have done a great job.

BTW, NEdit can do cool stuff with HTML too.  No need to use an other
editor.  It can work fine with C, C++, Perl, Java, HTML, SGML and a
few others...

These things always do.  Even as a joke, which was what I did try to
make in my previous post :)
