Now the macros have shorter names (starting with FMT_ and F_). The macros define formats for various integer sizes. This formats are independend from the actual C compiler and C runtime library. * The function bigLog10 in big_rtl.c has been improved to work correctly when BIGDIGIT_SIZE is small. * The program chkccomp.c has been improved to define LOCALTIME_WORKS_SIGNED, when localtime can process negative times. * The program chkccomp.c has been improved to write the define directives to the file specified with the first parameter. * The function intParse in int_rtl.c has been improved to accept the most negative number. * The function timSetLocalTZ in tim_rtl.c has been changed to avoid raising an exception when LOCALTIME_WORKS_SIGNED is not defined and the time is before 1970-01-01. In this case the daylight saving time flag is set to FALSE.
