>Description:
Building port devel/gio-fam-backend fails while attempting to link libgiofam.so, because it requires libgio-2.0, which is not found.
>How-To-Repeat:
On a fresh install of FreeBSD 7.0 (actually, the problem occured in 6.2 as well, IIRC), attempt to build a port (say, emacs) that requires gio-fam-backend. Since the base FreeBSD installation does not have libgio-2.0, the build of gio-fam-backend fails.
>Fix:
Install the devel/glib20 port first. While the configuration of gio-fam-backend looks for (and find) glib20, it apparently does not expect libgio-2.0 to be absent if it detects glib20.

This may actually be a problem with the base 7.0-RELEASE configuration.
