yes, but why?  i.e. what the heck is happening?

the reason i care is that, after removing it, the next run through,
i get

xmlcatmgr: entry already exists for `/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/4.2/catalog.xml' of type `nextCatalog'

do i just keep removing?
