Hello,
The same message ( ata0: resetting devices .. done; ad0: WRITE command
timeout - resetting)
has appeared to me but during instalation 4.0R form CDROM.
I have no idea how to install 4.0 on my PC.
Is there any trick to switch on hw.atamodes=pio, pio, pio during instalation
from CD?

With regards,
Gawel
