yes I usse a 192.168.100.x mask 255.255.255.252
for the WAN links ie
eth0 203.10.11.1 mask 255.255.255.0
bri0 192.168.100.5 255.255.255.252

at the other end 
bri0 192.168.100.6 255.255.255.252
eth0 203.10.12.1 mask 255.255.255.0

On the border router I have
interface etho
access-group 110 in

access-list 110 deny ip 192.168.11.0 ..... etc
