math/gnuplot+ has such "BUILD_DEPENDS" description.

> BUILD_DEPENDS=	${LOCALBASE}/lib/libgd.a:${PORTSDIR}/japanese/gd \

So, when "make -DWITH_JP" ,it requres japanese/gd.
With that change, I could successfully build and probably run well.
