I've used waffle under SCO and NetBSD, as well as the MSDOS version.
It's not free, but it is excellent. Check out href="news:comp.bbs.waffle".
Here's some (old) ftp references from the docs:
     simtel20.army.mil PD:<MSDOS.WAFFLE>WAFxxx.ZIP
     wuarchive.wustl.edu /mirrors/msdos/waffle/wafxxx.zip
     wiretap.spies.com /waffle/wafxxx.zip
     halcyon.com /pub/waffle/wafxxx.zip
