If you're in the US, try your nearest Borders bookstore for "The Complete
FreeBSD" and the FreeBSD Toolkit.  I have seen just the toolkit at
CompUSA.  Barnes & Noble seem to be quite FreeBSD ignorant as I've never
seen TCF there.
