Your right. I've mistaken your comments.
I appoligize for that. My PR should NOT have been 
labeled with "/etc/dumpdates". That was a mistake on
my part. I formally ask that the PR be withdrawn on
that basis. It is wrong and I acknowledge that.

As for '/etc/crontab' and the defaults, I will file a new
PR in the near future.

I acknowledge your efforts to correct my error and thank you
for you patience.
