Greetings!

I need to cook-up LC_COLLATE files for the following Windows char set
based locales:

cs_CZ.windows-1250 [Czech / Czech Republic]
da_DK.windows-1252 [Danish / Denmark]
de_AT.windows-1252 [German / Austria]
de_CH.windows-1252 [German / Switzerland]
de_DE.windows-1252 [German / Germany]
el_GR.windows-1253 [Modern Greek / Greece]
en_AU.windows-1252 [English / Australia]
en_CA.windows-1252 [English / Canada]
en_GB.windows-1252 [English / Great Britain]
en_US.windows-1252 [English / US]
es_ES.windows-1252 [Spanish / Spain]
fi_FI.windows-1252 [Finnish / Finland]
fr_BE.windows-1252 [French / Belgium]
fr_CA.windows-1252 [French / Canada]
fr_CH.windows-1252 [French / Switzerland]
fr_FR.windows-1252 [French / France]
it_IT.windows-1252 [Itailian / Italy]
nl_BE.windows-1252 [Dutch / Belgium]
nl_NL.windows-1252 [Dutch / Netherlands]
no_NO.windows-1252 [Norwegian / Norway]
pt_PT.windows-1252 [Portuguese / Portugal]
sl_SI.windows-1250 [Slovenian / Solvenia]
sv_SE.windows-1252 [Swedish / Sweden]

Anyone have pointers to the colldef input files required?

Is there perhaps a standards group in charge of character collation for
various languages and popular web character sets?

Where did the LC_COLLATE sources for the currently supported FreeBSD
locales come from?

Thanks in advance!
