	USB WLAN patches.
	- try to handle more detach races with the network stack
	- next state and argument must be atomically read before
	  passing to iv_nextstate callback
	- increase control request timeout
	- make sure INIT state is handled correctly USB wise
	- revert changes to "ieee80211_proto.c"
