	If I recall correctly the Livingston (now actually Lucent) PM3's
default to 1812/1813.  I remember finding that out the hard way one
afternoon.  I believe the latest version of Livingson's radius has a
command line arg to specify which port to run on.  I eventually figured it
out after an hour or so.
	There is no perfect answer here, however it sounds like some
comments in the services about this would be a good idea :-)
