I can't seem to get anything better than 640x480 @ 8 bits to look sane.

I'd like 800x600 at highest color depth available -- I tried a couple
of modelines I found in the list archives but nothing looked sane.  

If you are running XFree on a 560E, could you email me your XF86Config?
