Your serial number is too large, it is greater that can be represented
in 32bits.  Version 8 didn't verify this value.  The largest value
allowable is 268435455.  But your best bet is to verify this by
searching the the bind9 users mailing list.  This was discussed there
less than 3 weeks ago.
