No. We make full backups to backup servers daily. Incremental backups
is crap as the restore takes way too long, doesn't always suceed and
hd storage is pretty cheap today.

For samba, you could use swat. (man swat), for Apache look into
.htaccess in the Apache manual, this can't be explained in a few lines
in any sane manner...
