This rule will ban the use of an ancho= red putting stroke, and will become effective on January 1st, 2016. The PG= A has lined up against the ban, and they will have to decide if they want= to comply, or play golf under a different set of rules. Wow! Adam Scott is determined to keep using the broomstick motion that swept hi= m to Masters glory. Interestingly it is anchoring to the chest, midriff or other part of the b= ody which is banned =E2=80=93 not the broomstick or belly putter. Scott f= eels he can adjust his stroke with his broomstick to comply with the new R= ule.
