A quick question:

What is the policy for changing the displayed date for Man pages?

(a) Do we treat the date as the "last changed" date?
(b) Or, is the date tied to the release date and version of the base OS?
(c) Or, is it the date of creation of the man page?

Thanks,
Koshy
