	All machines with IPv6 and probably tunneled Uplinks

	heanet.dl.sf.net has some problems with IPv6 connections.
	Some IPv6 sites report 300-600 bps.
	This incident was already reported to heanet. Problem exists since 04 Okt 2004

	Download via IPv6 from heanet.dl.sf.net and hope that your not affacted. :)
