Your ports distribution is what's dated. The ones I picked up
yesterday include apache 1.3.20 and php 4.0.6.

Or maybe you're looking at packages instead of the ports tree.

If you use ports, you can pass configuration args via the
CONFIGURE_ARGS variable.
