Hi all

Is there a way to build the system so that a single executable can be
linked against both aout format and elf format libraries? I know that
NetBSD can do this (and in fact does this by default AFAIK), but the
FreeBSD build seems to want one or the other. I ask this because I have
an aout format shared library for which I don't have the source, but
want to keep being able to use it on an elf system.

TIA
gram
