Well, maybe so, but if its happening every 2 or 3 weeks, I would think he
could at least create a PR, or ask for information about getting the
information needed.

If your machine IS crashing then you need to be proactive, and try and find
what is causing the problem. Try and write down stuff about the crash if you
can't get a dump etc..
