OK, now I filed a bug, and got a lightning fast reply;

It seems as though the naming will calm down a little from an email
sent privately, but it seems that using JgraphX from the Scilab port
would be most logical.

I still think there should be a jgraphx port though; just for
convenience of someone wanting it installed like the other Java ports.
If there's a huge clamour to delete it though, go ahead!
