The unsupported "compile Postfix with LDAP support" didn't work for me.
I changed the line to:
POSTFIX_CCARGS+=        -DHAS_LDAP -I${LOCALBASE}/include -lkrb -ldes
                                                          ^^^^^^^^^^^

I reckon you could check again USA_RESIDENT or something and set this
appropriately.
