That might be possible, but you'd be opening a can of worms... e.g. what if a
user ZIP's or compresses a .BMP before sending it? - What if they don't use
MIME or UUENCODE, what if they call it something else like
"rename-me-to-bmp.dat"? - Is it really worth the effort?
