Thanks for the patch.

So this is a -devel package, but do you think this might require an UPDATING
entry as it will break any existing saved options that rely on "POLARSSL"
option name?

Also, committers heads up if you include the PR description in commit log,
"LibreSSL" is typo (Port Changes, #2), should be "PolarSSL".
