Hi. I was just hoping to double-check the status of this SMC wireless net card. From the archives, it works but no WEP unless you run a fairly recent -stable. Does that mean that full support will be in 4.4-RELEASE? Does the functioning of this card on my laptop (Thinkpad iSeries 2611-452) depend on the output of pir.c? These cards are $69.95 at Buy.com after $20 rebate (and the SMC7004AWBR base station is $180.73). Thanks in advance.
