Try > > make buildworld OSRELDATE=0 That would seem to explain it. The lex(1) bootstrap wouldn't get done if osreldate.h was off. I was rebuilding after a failed, partial installworld, so /usr/include was probably polluted. Thanks for solving the mystery. -- Crist J.
