I have two FreeBSD machines that I am trying to connect via a null modem
cable.  I can log in from one machine to the other but after I have entered
my login on remote machine and try to issue commands, I get something like
this:
... login stuff (b.t.w.  the login I used did not have a password) ....
# ls
lM-s: Command not found.
#
...
Oh yea.  I had to press ^J to end the line.  The enter key just moved the cursor
to position 0 on the same line.
