Just a quick update: zlib has been updated to 1.2.4.1 (beta) on -HEAD.
 I have tried qt4-gui and it seems the compilation issue has gone.

Note that port maintainers are still encouraged to have upstream fix
the _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE issue.
