Have a look at http://www.freebsd.org/, then, if appropriate, download 
the bootfloppy image, and the rawrite.exe program. 

Download the installation instructions

Read the installation instructions.

Printout the installation instructions.

Make the boot disk using the boot image and the rawrite.exe program.

Boot from the boot floppy.

Follow the installation instructions.
