DEC has some very good and detailed manuals available on the net. Check
out Chris G Demetriou's list of DEC hardware documentation at

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/dec-docs/index.html

which has pointers to the 21040, 21041, 21140 etc manuals.
