 Oh - I didn't realize things had changed again - I was expecting
 (as a subscriber) to receive a 3.5 CD-ROM...   [And, I wanted a 4.0
 CD-ROM as well...]

 So - what does one do to get a 3.5 CD-ROM?  Particularly in the
 reality of less-than-stellar network connectivity.
